Build scalable systems, tools, and workflows that enable seamless content creation, campaign execution, and measurement.
Strategic Planning & Operations
Centralize communications planning and operations to create a future-focused, proactive function rooted in strategic foresight.
Develop governance models, editorial calendars, communications campaigns/media/project dashboards to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across the organization—creating transparency and visibility for executive leadership and across the enterprise.
Oversee budgeting, measurement, and process optimization to maximize efficiency and impact.
Employer Brand Leadership
Own and evolve Gap Inc.’s Employer Brand strategy, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Belonging, and Purpose teams to position us as a top employer.
Craft compelling narratives that showcase our culture, values, and commitment to innovation.
Cross-Functional & External Partnerships
Collaborate with global teams, agency partners, and vendors to deliver integrated campaigns that elevate our brand and business priorities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and influence across all communications initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, platforms, and cultural trends to keep Gap Inc. at the forefront of digital engagement.

12+ years in communications strategy, digital marketing, or employer branding with proven success in complex organizations.
