Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations and takes pride in keeping critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently? In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate landfill maintenance operations, ensuring day-to-day activities are executed with precision, safety, and full regulatory compliance. You’ll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence - guiding teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards that keep our landfill running smoothly and responsibly.Supervisory & Operational Oversight:

Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.
Physical Demands: Must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
Starting Pay Range: $31.17 - $33.50/ hour, based on experience
