Responsibilities:

• Coordinating, maintaining, and facilitating all company owned and rental equipment, including company owned vehicles. 
• Coordinating the maintenance and improvements on the Wasatch Commercial corporate offices, including all rental properties owned by Wasatch Commercial Builders. 
• Coordinates and completes all warranty services issues from previously completed WCB projects.
• Additional duties as assigned by management
