Responsibilities:

Assisting the president and project managers in filling out and submitting applications related to obtaining Low-Income Tax Credit Housing bonds and credits from state housing agencies. This includes coordinating third party reports, working with architects and engineers to get renderings and elevations, organizing, and filing various documents, filling out forms from the state for the application, and reviewing construction budgets. Other tasks and assignments may be given depending on the need of the group and the president. 

Qualifications:

·         40 hours per week availability from January through April.

·         Completed intermediate accounting coursework.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay Rate Type:

Hourly: $20
