1. 与政府和非政府部门的关键利益相关者建立/保持良好的工作关系;
2. 负责当地定价和医保准入,建立与拓展当地医保局,社保部门、物价局和卫键委的合作关系;
3. 区域内省,市,联盟医保,市场准入政策的收集, 制定和实施市场准入战略和可靠的行动计划;
1. 了解医疗相关的政策趋势和客户需求,以支持中国业务目标。收集负责地区重要的地区政策改变,包括可能对业务产生影响价格、报销和医疗,以及有关部门的计划,及时开发和有效实施应对策略和行动计划,确保公司的利润;
2. 与当地定价、医保相关部门建立、拓展和维持稳固的关系,定期收集当地定价、医保政策,向公司提供可能会对公司战略产生潜在影响的相关分析;
3. 识别和鉴定市场准入的驱动因素和障碍,制定明确的战略和计划,与市场部,销售,PR和MA团队密切合作,分析和研究业务相关的政策趋势,以制定市场准入政策;
4. 负责区域内转厂工作,政府部门的对接,包括物价,医保,网采平台,确保转厂工作顺利过渡。
5. 解决公司及产品突发事件,通过政府关系协调处理。
6. 确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和公司的政策和标准,同时保持专业标准和业绩;
7. 完成公司或直线经理分配的其他工作。
教育背景和工作经验要求EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,生物学、医学、药学相关专业为佳;
2. 8年以上医疗行业经验,5年政府事务市场准入相关工作经验,耗材经验优先;
3. 熟悉国家权威部门的运作流程以及行业相关的法规和条款;
4. 能独立工作,具备责任心,能承受较大的工作压力,适应频繁出差;
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

Job Description
Job Title: Market Access Manager
Job Grade: 4
Report to: Associate GA and Market Access Director
Location: Shanghai/Nanjing/Hangzhou
Area of Responsibility: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian, Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou.
· Establish and maintain positive partnership with key governments and non-government stakeholders.
· Manage local pricing and medical insurance access and develop partnerships with local bureaus.
· Collect, develop, and implement regional and local market access strategies and action plans.
1. Monitor healthcare policy trends and market demand to support Greater China business goals.
2. Analyze and respond to regional policy changes affecting pricing and reimbursement.
3. Build and maintain strong partnership with pricing and medical insurance authorities.
4. Identify market access barriers and collaborate with cross-function teams to develop strategies.
5. Handle C-Code Transfer and government coordination.
6. Overcome company and product crises through utilizing government connections.
7. Ensure compliance with national and company policies.
8. Complete additional tasks assigned by the company or hiring manager.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in biology, medicine, pharmacy, or related field.
2. 8+ years in healthcare, 5+ in government affairs and market access, preferably with medical supplies experience.
3. Knowledge of government operations and industry regulations.
4. Independent work ability, strong sense of responsibility, stress tolerance, and willingness to travel.
5. Proficient English skills.
