This role will primarily support ICC Registration and provide coverage in Primary Care as needed. Flexibility is essential to ensure smooth operations across both areas.

$19.80 - $29.70Advocate Medical Group Primary Care – Olympia Fields provides high‑quality, personalized family medicine for patients of all ages. Conveniently located at 4001 Vollmer Rd., Olympia Fields, IL, our physicians and nurse practitioners deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, annual physicals, immunizations, sick visits, and chronic disease management.
Our location features on‑site X‑ray and ACL laboratory services, as well as urgent care and access to specialties including cardiology, rheumatology, neurosurgery, behavioral health, and PharmD services. We also coordinate referrals to specialists as needed to support your ongoing health care needs.
Major Responsibilities:
Patient Services Representatives provide efficient, high-quality service to patients who arrive for appointments or who telephone or visit in person to request appointments or information on tests and procedures, bills and charges, referrals, and other matters.
Billing Services: Ensures entry at time of service of billing information on the patient and payer and accurate follow-up on missing information.
Medical Record Services: Upholds standards of the practice and of the medical group for accurate and timely medical records.
