Remote Worker
Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Six paid holidays
Wages: $95,000 - $110,000 annually + commissions; geographical location impacts pay.
Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug background tests as allowed by state, federal, local ordinance, statutes and licensing/accreditation requirements.

General Functions
The Regional Sales Manager - Transplant is a front-line field sales leadership role accountable for building & leading a field-based sales team. As a member of Amber’s sales team, your leadership approach should align with the sales organization’s performance-based culture, which entails trust and integrity, ownership and accountability, and focuses on connecting with people and their successes.

Reports to: SVP, Business Innovation
Direct Reports: Regional Account Executive-Transplant
Primary Responsibilities:
This role serves as field leadership for Regional Account Executives – Transplant along with individual territory sales ownership.
Develop productive, professional relationships, in Transplant centers, with key decision makers, providing consultation and education while promoting services to nurses, physicians and staff.
Seek opportunities to develop new relationships and utilize existing relationships to increase our patients and revenue by promoting Amber Specialty Pharmacy’s best-in-class 25 year heritage in servicing Transplant patients.
This is a field based position with primary focus on face-to-face meetings. Additional customer engagement will include the use of phone, email, conferences, and other methods to win new business and strengthen and grow existing relationships and customer loyalty.
Develop assigned Transplant territory to achieve and exceed territory quota.
Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the team of specialty RAEs to meet and exceed sales goals
Provide focused coaching and development tailored to each RAE’s strengths and weaknesses
Work with sales leadership to identify and optimize strategies that will continue to drive new organic growth
Establish relationships and credibility with both internal and external customers
Conduct field rides and business reviews to tailor coaching and direction
Assist with the hiring and training of new RAEs within your assigned region
Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans as appropriate
Collaborate with RAEs on the implementation of territory business plans
Exhibit and/or attend, local and national trade shows and conferences to promote Amber.
Attend Client Services meetings at the corporate office and via teleconference as needed.
Work closely with Marketing to order supplies for daily use and trade shows, direct mailers, marketing pieces and ideas that can promote Amber’s services to patients
Required Qualifications:
5 years strong sales experience with documented success.
Prior working knowledge in two of the three areas: Transplant Sales, Specialty Pharmacy, Managed Care
Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
HIPAA trained and /or the ability to work with and protect extremely confidential patient and employee information
Ability to travel approximately 50% of time

Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Attention to detail with emphasis on organizational skills
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Proactive problem-solving skills combined with excellent interpersonal, judgment, negotiation, analytic, communication and account management skills.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or transferable healthcare experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be in the assigned territory on a daily basis
Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day
Valid driver’s license must be maintained
Equipment Used to Perform the Job:
Computers, keyboards, mouse, monitors, fax, and/or headsets for phone work. Software specific to the position, including but not limited to Microsoft, Salesforce, and Skype.
Reliable transportation for a field based role traveling to customer sites on a daily basis
Contacts:
Frequently interact with co-workers, intradepartmental staff of the company, managers, leaders, vendors, and customers. High interactions with physicians and the medical community to support the sales and perfection of the referral to fill.

The position Interactions with medical personnel and patients and accesses proprietary and medical (HIPAA) information in various interactions and matters.
