Job Description:

This role is to establish production plan and develops master schedule and daily load to support the sales and operations plan, inventory, and customer service objectives. Plans and schedules usage of raw materials, components and capacity consistent with the projected forecasts to support Wuxi business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop a master schedule for customer orders and deal with inquiries and complaints from sales and customers on time. Improve customer satisfaction.
• Balance FCST, components, capacity to make production plans to run business smoothly and meet operation plan.
• Analyst historical usage and FCST to make material planning strategy. Regularly review MRP plan parameters and adjust it to make sure system data is aligned with our demand.
• Continuously optimize planning process to improve OTD and inventory DOH, minimize E & O risk.
• Involve in EHS & Lean culture build up. Actively participate in various improvement projects. Coach team members to improve planning skills.
• Other jobs assigned by the leader.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years relevant work experience in international companies.
• Oral & written English skill is required; professional in excel, SAP SD, PP, MM is required.
• Capable of working independently, mature, resourceful and under pressure; Be highly organized, careful and efficient; Very strong responsibility sense, positive energy and teamwork.
• Lean manufacturing experience is plus. Customer service experience is plus.
