As a Residential Sales Supervisor, you will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Residential Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community-based outreach. This is a hands-on, 'player-coach' role. The ideal candidate will lead by example, carrying their own personal sales quota while mentoring their team to success.

ALLO’s footprint and connecting customers to a world-class fiber experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Foster a positive, energetic team culture grounded in ALLO’s values of honesty, exceptional/hassle-free service, and local community involvement.

    • Onboard and field train a team of motivated direct sales representatives.

    • Be the first line of defense by assisting representatives with any challenges in the field or customer interactions.

    • Communication is key. Conduct one-on-ones and coaching sessions to build skills and align with performance goals.

    • Conduct bi-annual performance evaluations as required.

    • Collaboration with GM team on annual team compensation considerations.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.

    • Work closely with GMs and Marketing Leadership, aligning strategy with the overall goal of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

    • Lead by example in the field, proving effective sales tactics while meeting personal sales goals.

  • Customer Experience & Brand Representation

    • Ensure the team delivers a positive and professional customer experience in all interactions.

    • Represent ALLO Fiber at community events, neighborhood meetings, and local outreach initiatives.

    • Educate prospective customers on the benefits of ALLO’s 100% fiber-optic network and services.

  • Operations & Reporting

    • Track and report on sales metrics, team productivity, and customer feedback.

    • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Proven experience and success in sales

  • Prior leadership experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

  • Evening and weekend work required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Move on foot

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Ability to work in outdoors

  • Ability to work in extreme weather

  • Possess/maintain a valid driver's license

  • 25% travel requirement with NE markets
