As an Enterprise Business Officer, you’ll be the steady hand guiding our Enterprise customers through installations, service orders, and ongoing support. This position blends administrative precision with technical awareness, customer empathy, and operational hustle. You’ll be at the heart of our Enterprise experience — coordinating across multiple departments, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our values: Honest, Local, Exceptional, and Hassle-Free.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional service to Enterprise customers by managing installations, service orders, and trouble tickets with professionalism and care.
- Open and track Trouble Tickets and Service Orders, capturing all relevant details and driving each to full resolution or escalation.
- Handle Porting & Provisioning tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Field Services, Sales Engineering, Voice Engineering, NTAC, and Network Engineering teams to coordinate seamless deployments and support.
- Maintain data integrity and uphold detailed, consistent documentation practices across all systems.
- Communicate proactively through email, Microsoft Teams, and phone to ensure swift responses and clear coordination.
- Take initiative - seek opportunities to “level up” daily by learning new tools, systems, and best practices.
- Be dependable - clocked in and ready to go at your scheduled start time each day
- Ensure coverage by handing off orders or customer communications before any scheduled time off (ETO).
- Support your team - take on assignments from Executives or your Leadership Team and approach challenges with adaptability and a problem-solver mindset.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with ALLO standards, new deployments, and evolving customer needs.
What You Bring
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education strongly preferred
Experience
- Previous telecommunications or networking experience preferred
- Customer service background required — ideally in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Administrative or operational experience a plus
Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
- Calm under pressure; able to stay approachable and professional in fast-paced settings
- Analytical mindset with a “dig deeper” attitude toward troubleshooting
- Self-directed, motivated, and ready to grow
- Excellent time management and follow-through
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while operating a computer
- Consistent availability during assigned shift via Teams, email, and office phone
- Experience or familiarity with systems like:
- Billing platforms
- Putty / Command line
- Legacy Hosted / Cloud Voice Deployments and Provisioning
- ICB deployments
- In-Lab provisioning and possible on-site install assistance
