TITLE:              Senior Application Development Analyst

JOB LOCATION:           350 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752

DUTIES:  Responsible for design and development of BJ’s Integration Applications.  Design, develop and implement applications using IBM Integration Bus, IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM DataPower Gateway appliances, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ and Managed File Transfer (MFT).

• Develop, maintain, and implement design and coding standards.
• Work on small to large scale initiatives and co-ordinate project development activities.
• Review and improve development artifacts for standards, compliance and functionality in a peer-peer or team setting.
• Guide, mentor and develop junior staff members.
• Subject Matter Expert of processes and systems.
• Research, implement and improve integration stack using cloud technologies and latest trends.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related or foreign equivalent, plus 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Architect or related.  Experience must include 3 years IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE/IIB), IBM MQ, DataPower, and MFT; develop and deliver of high-quality code within established standards and timelines. Experience must include 3 years with JSON, XML, EDI, XSLT, Java, JavaScript, ESQL, and REST/SOAP web service; operating systems, including Windows and Linux, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite-offshore environment is essential. Middleware administration. Experience with API Connect, security standards (such as SSL, OAuth, OIDC, and security tokens), automation scripting (using Python, Java, Shell, or Ant), cloud technologies, CI/CD tools and practices, database design and development, and PCI data security standards. Experience may be gained concurrently.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $154,600-155,000.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
