World Fuel is hiring a Sales Executive to take over a high-performing Florida territory with 200+ active accounts and immediate revenue. This is not a cold-start role — you’ll inherit an existing book while driving new business across fuel cards, diesel, DEF, and related solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an established book of business (200+ accounts)
- Prospect and close new customers across Florida
- Sell fuel cards, diesel, gasoline, DEF, and related services
- Build relationships with customers ranging from small operators to large fleets
- Conduct in-person visits across Orlando, Tampa, and Miami
- Track pipeline and activity in CRM
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (field-based or customer-facing)
- Proven ability to manage accounts and win new business
- Comfortable in a high-activity, short sales cycle environment
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote role
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida
Highly Preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Experience in fuel, fleet, logistics, construction, or transportation sales
- Background with fuel cards or fleet payment solutions (CFN, EFS, Comdata, Voyager, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000
- Uncapped commission + immediate earning opportunity
- Existing accounts generating income from day one
- Residual model (“keep what you kill”)
- $600/month vehicle allowance + mileage reimbursement
