The Operating Room Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and quality of patient care services within the Operating Room. This role oversees nursing and anesthesia services, ensures appropriate staffing and resource utilization, and manages the efficient flow of both elective and non-elective surgical cases. The Supervisor serves as a clinical and operational leader, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
