Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Supplier Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Collaborate with inventory and finance teams to manage stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
• Support product development by sourcing new materials and components.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on contract and risk management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Knowledge of global sourcing and vendor compliance standards.
• Must be a team player, self-directed, show initiative.
• High level of enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to learn and succeed.
• Exhibits attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize when presented with multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
