Vehicle Reconditioning Technician 

Used Vehicle Reconditioning -  Pre-Delivery Inspections -  Accessory Installation
 

$20 - $30 Per Hour Based on Experience

Cadillac of South San Francisco is looking for a Vehicle Reconditioning Technician to support our high-volume used vehicle operation. This role focuses on preparing pre-owned vehicles to frontline-ready standards through detailed inspections, light mechanical repairs, and professional accessory installation.

If you take pride in quality, consistency, and efficiency—and prefer structured used-car workflow over unpredictable customer-pay work—this is a strong opportunity in a modern Cadillac facility.

Key Responsibilities

✅Perform used vehicle reconditioning to dealership standards

✅Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections 

✅Diagnose and complete light to moderate mechanical repairs

✅Install OEM and aftermarket accessories 

✅Road test vehicles and document findings accurately

✅Work closely with Used Car, Service, and Parts departments to maintain inventory flow

Qualifications

✅Experience with vehicle inspections and light repair an asset

✅Valid California driver’s license 

✅Strong attention to detail and quality control

✅Ability to work independently and manage workflow
