About the role

Join our Data Integrity Unit (DIU) as a Data Integrity Associate, where you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and household information across multiple systems. In this role, you’ll process service requests, research undeliverable mail, and collaborate with financial representatives to maintain reliable data that supports customer service and key business initiatives.

How does this role make an impact?

- Processes service requests received from financial representatives, customers and business areas; reviews and determines proper action by updating appropriate systems accurately. (Siebel, Fadeplus, Policy Writer, Lifecomm, ALIS, Health Expert system) - Processes customer mail returned from USPS as undeliverable as addressed. Research for new address through internet searches or contacts the financial representative. Updates appropriate systems with new address information. - Communicates with the Financial Representatives via phone or email notifications to secure information to process accurate updates.

Typically requires 1+ years of relevant experience.

·  Technical Skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·  Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with financial representatives and customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to clearly document updates and maintain accurate records.

·  Organizational Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and service level agreements.

·  Customer Service Orientation

  • Professional and courteous approach when handling inquiries and securing information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.

Base Pay Range:

$33,200-$45,650

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
