About the role

Develops, implements, and manages comprehensive security strategies to protect employees, assets, and operations. Oversees executive protection programs for senior leadership, coordination of physical security systems, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk across the enterprise. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

How does this role make an impact?

  • Develops and implements physical security policies, executive protection protocols, threat assessment and management protocols, training, and security procedures to ensure the safety of the company's employees, assets, and operations.

  • Coordinates and/or provides executive security including travel, meeting/event and residential security; based on threat intelligence. Provides guidance, best practices, and presence as needed.

  • Oversees building security vendor that manages our building security infrastructure, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems across corporate facilities. Monitors security systems and respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.

  • Conducts investigations into security incidents, threats, and breaches, and performs regular risk and threat assessments and audits. Implements appropriate measures to mitigate.

  • Collaborates with management, internal business partners within COUNTRY and IFB, third-party vendors, and local law enforcement on sensitive security matters to ensure integrated and seamless security operations. Provides strategic input on security initiatives and business continuity planning.

  • Prepares and distributes security and intelligence reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas.  Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster. 

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience.

  • Must possess a current US Passport.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a vehicle.

  • Must have a firearm bearer endorsement from Homeland Security and/or qualify under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act to carry a firearm.

  • Requires extended or intermittent periods of running, walking, standing, sitting, and stair climbing.

  • Requires strength, stamina, flexibility, and endurance for lifting, pushing, and pulling in response to an emergency. Must be capable of quick reactions, physical restraint, and defensive driving under stress.

  • Requires manual dexterity for operating equipment (e.g., radios, firearms, cameras).

  • Must have clear vision and hearing (with or without correction) to assess threats, monitor surroundings, and respond to alarms or instructions.

  • Capable of working in various indoor/outdoor conditions, including inclement weather and exposure to health and safety hazards.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be on call as needed to meet executive security demands.

  • Moderate travel (~40% of time) required, including overnight. 

Base Pay Range:

$135,200-$185,900

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
