WHAT DOES A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DO?
The Maintenance Technician is a multi-skilled technician with primary responsibilities of maintaining site (manufacturing and facilities) equipment’s to eliminate unplanned stoppages and increase asset availability. Maintenance Technician perform all preventive maintenance as scheduled; troubleshoot and repair any abnormalities identified while promoting and supporting quality and continuous improvement of our processes and safety in workplace.

The ideal candidate for this position is a well rounded, proactive-minded person that can work independently will minimal supervision in a fast paced industrial setting. The Maintenance Technician is expected to be a detail oriented team player that uses his/her abitilites to ensure the efficiency of the facility reflects the quality of Bacardi rum.
