In this role you will get to work with different people around the globe, providing an opportunity to develop insight into other cultures while developing in a very familiar environment in the accounts payable department.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Work in Purchase to Pay department handling internal and external stakeholders requests and inquiries.

• Customer Service: Guarantee timely and quality support to stakeholders.

• Handled a daily backlog of stakeholders requests through email and SysAid tool, also including calls and chats.

• Ensure all key performance indicators (KPI´s) are on target.

• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities (get involved in a team improvement project).

• Effectively partner and build productive working relationships.

• Support on documentation processes.

• Support on training for new hires process.

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
