You will be a crucial part in ensuring we deliver best in class service when it comes to purchase to pay. In this role you will get to work with different people around the globe, providing an opportunity to develop insight into other cultures while developing in a very familiar environment in the accounts payable department.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Work in Purchase to Pay department handling internal and external stakeholders requests and inquiries.

  • Customer Service: Guarantee timely and quality support to stakeholders.

  • Handled a daily backlog of stakeholders requests through email and SysAid tool, also including calls and chats.

  • Ensure all key performance indicators (KPI´s) are on target.

  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities (get involved in a team improvement project).

  • Effectively partner and build productive working relationships.

  • Support on documentation processes.

  • Support on training for new hires process.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

  • English proficiency at intermediate to advanced level required.

  • Ability to analyze information and contribute to effective solutions.

  • Attention to details, sense of urgency and prioritize effectively.
