Experienced global logistics leader with a strong track record in ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA), end-to-end ‘Deliver’ processes, and cross-functional program leadership. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and navigating complex environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:

• Lead the global design and deployment of the Deliver process (including Order Fulfillment, Transportation, Warehousing, and 3/4PLs) within the S/4HANA framework.

• Define and own the global process blueprint, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, IT, Commercial, Finance) to ensure integrated process design and execution.
• Drive process standardization, data readiness, and system configuration in partnership with functional and technical teams.
• Champion change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful transformation and business continuity.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and manage he stratgey for stabilisation

• Extensive experience in global logistics, warehousing, order fulfilment, and ERP transformation, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end deliver processes and their integration with upstream and downstream functions.
• Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment and influence at all levels.
• 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles.
