Join our dynamic People & Transformation team and contribute to work that directly shapes the employee experience and supports a wide range of impactful programs.

As a Summer Intern, you'll have the opportunity to align your interests and academic background with meaningful projects in our Transformation organization. Depending on your focus, you may engage in case management, analysis and reporting or end-to-end project management. All areas play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement, ensuring business continuity, and maintaining compliance.

In this role, you may work on:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business challenges
• Evaluate communications strategies and make recommendations on ways to improve
• End-to-end project management
• Financial tracking and reporting

Who we’re looking for:

• Open to all business majors; emphasis in Organizational Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Finance or Consulting desired (open to undergraduate and master’s candidates)
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite including PowerBI
• Project Management experience using Asana and Smartsheet
• Business case analysis
• Experience developing communication plans
• Confident in conducting financial analysis including reporting/summation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized and able to prioritize
• Adaptable and quick learner able to hold oneself accountable to tasks
• Demonstrated success in a cross-functional environment
• High energy/enthusiastic candidates who possess a proactive and driven personality, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving goals and surpassing expectations
• Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote)
•  Start Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, or June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026
• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
• This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour)
