Job Summary

The Segment Management Infrastructure and Analysis Manager researches and analyzes all aspects of segment marketing infrastructure and analysis. This position designs and implements systems and processes to enable and enhance the execution of segment marketing strategies. He/She is responsible for supporting the US Marketing - Go To Market team by maintaining, modifying and creating infrastructure and analyses processes that are used to support and assess the performance of UPS’s customer segments and value propositions.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on U.S. Marketing Go-To-Market initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessing results.
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to align reporting and analysis with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Managing ad hoc requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and solve problems effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, along with strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques with the ability to translate complex data into clear, simple insights
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data interpretation and storytelling to drive actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a Technology related field

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office.  Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position.  Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
