Job Description:

The CRM Manager of Change Management is a business-aligned leader responsible for driving organizational readiness, adoption, and sustained engagement for CRM-related initiatives. Reporting to the CRM Strategy & Development Manager, this role ensures that the people side of change is effectively managed to maximize ROI on CRM investments. The position focuses on preparing, equipping, and supporting commercial teams in the adoption of emerging CRM capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the CRM roadmap.
  • Conduct change impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems; create mitigation and adoption plans.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to build sponsorship and advocacy for CRM initiatives.
  • Design and deliver clear, targeted communications and role-based enablement programs to drive awareness and understanding.
  • Establish and manage a champions network to accelerate adoption and gather field feedback.
  • Oversee development of training programs, in-app guidance, and manager coaching kits for frontline teams.
  • Define and track adoption and data quality metrics; link behaviors to business outcomes and adjust strategies based on telemetry and feedback.
  • Implement data governance standards (field completeness, duplicates, contact coverage) in partnership with Sales Operations.
  • Integrate change management into release management cadence (impact scoring, UAT, pilot/GA rollout).
  • Identify resistance points and develop proactive strategies, including policy and incentive alignment.

Preferences

  • Proven experience leading change management for CRM or technology initiatives in a commercial or sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce Ecosystem preferred) and their impact on sales processes.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and craft compelling narratives.
  • Experience designing and delivering role-based training and in-app enablement.
  • Ability to measure adoption, analyze feedback, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of sales operations, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and coaching practices.
  • Salesforce Certifications of interest (Admin 101, Platform User Experience Designer).
  • Candidate is ideally based in Atlanta, GA.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,560/year to $197,460/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
