Full Time, First Shift
Baptist Health System is seeking a skilled Properties Project Coordinator to oversee all aspects of property and grounds management, including construction, renovation, and maintenance for properties owned or leased by the system. This role requires coordination of projects, lease administration, budget management, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant property operations. The Properties Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Baptist Health’s mission by maintaining a safe, functional, and attractive environment for tenants, guests, and staff.
Administer all aspects of grounds care, building maintenance, parking structures, and capital projects both on and off campus
Develop and manage business plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures related to property construction and renovation
Prioritize and delegate project assignments to ensure timely and efficient completion
Monitor lease agreements, maintain compliance, and interpret lease documents as needed
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors including architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies
Facilitate urgent maintenance and repairs outside normal business hours when necessary
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with all stakeholders
Utilize the work order process to manage and complete tasks effectively
High School diploma or GED required; degree can substitute for experience
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in property/project coordination or similar role (Associate = 4 years, Bachelor = 6 years, Master = 8 years)
At least 5 years supervisory experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Strong knowledge of budget management, capital projects, and property compliance standards
Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and related legal documents
Experience working with regulatory compliance, fire and safety codes, and energy conservation initiatives
