Job Description:

Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor, the LPCA provides clinical services to patients regarding their mental health needs. This includes psychosocial assessments and utilizing individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses treatment plans appropriately. Part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical services in an outpatient setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or other related field.
• LPCA required.
• Must have thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
• Establish and maintain supervision with designated licensed clinical supervisor.
• Must obtain full license (LCSW/LPCC) within 36 months of hire.
