Nursing Assistants play a vital role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring the efficient flow of patients. Under the direction of nursing staff, they assist with data collection, patient communication, and basic clinical tasks to enhance the quality of care provided.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification preferred, or successful completion of the first year of a Nursing program with validation of clinical rotation.
• Eligible candidates may be hired with the understanding that CNA certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Basic life support training required within six months of hire.
• Computer skills preferred.
