Job Description:
This position exists to guide children through developmentally appropriate activities that will encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
- Meet the physical and emotional needs of children
- Supervises children diligently to minimize hazards.
- Make mealtime a pleasant learning experience.
- Teach proper hygiene to children.
- Help develop each child’s understanding of concepts and ideas.
- Follow proper age-appropriate control practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree
- Must obtain 15 hours of annual training as required by the Division of childcare within 1 yeat
- One year experience
