Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their team in Louisville.

Provides legal counsel and services to Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. management and provides legal services for Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. and its affiliated companies as assigned by the Deputy General Counsel(s) and/or the Chief Legal & Regulatory Affairs Officer.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with seven years' experience.

• Experience with Complex healthcare transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, interactions with government agencies, analyzing and advising on Stark, anti-kickback, tax exempt and other relevant legal and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to healthcare transactions.

• Licensure by the Commonwealth of Kentucky or licensed in another state or eligible for licensure in Kentucky and membership in the Kentucky Bar Association
