Job Description:

Supervisor-Food Services-Full-Time

• Evaluates, mentors, and counsels/coaches patient services employees as applicable and according to departmental policy.
• Monitors employee’s job performance. Works with staff to improve performance and behavior.
• Provides Leadership and guidance. Assists staff in achieving personal and departmental goals.
• Ensures proper staffing is scheduled and/or available to perform daily activities in areas of responsibility.
• Coordinates and oversees that daily and weekly activities/tasks are performed by staff in areas of responsibility.
• Updates and communicates job-flow changes of positions in areas of responsibility as applicable.
• Ensures that standardized recipes are followed.
• Directs and assists in preparation of food.
• Performs Quality Control checks on a consistent basis.
• Insures the appropriate display of cafeteria foods
• Ensures cashiers follow correct procedures.  
•  Requirements:
• High School /GED required.
• Some experience preferred.
