Job Description:

PRN Occupational Therapist

This position generally requires the interdisciplinary development, implementation and documentation of occupational therapy programming for the physically and/or cognitively impaired individual, supervision of assigned individuals, program development, and community education. Ensures provision of safe, competent OT services to all patients within the hospital and in the outpatient area.

Requirements:

Current active or temporary Kentucky Occupational Therapy License

BCLS Certification required within 90 days of hire

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
