Performance Improvement Coordinator

Job Description:
- Facilitates Internal and External Benchmarking and Public Reporting of Data.
- Facilitates or Coordinates Performance Improvement Activities for Designated Departments and Teams.
- Establishes and maintains liaisons within the system, hospital, physician offices, multicenter sites, industry and governmental agencies.
- Communicates information appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Actively Participate in Interdepartmental Performance Improvement Activities.
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Five years of related experience
- Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
- Experience with improvement tools, data analysis, and interpretation and use of data to guide decision making.
- Ability to work well with a variety of groups, individuals and disciplines in order to facilitate process improvement.
- Innovative, creative thinker and strong communication skills.
