Performance Improvement Coordinator

Job Description:

• Facilitates Internal and External Benchmarking and Public Reporting of Data.
•  Facilitates or Coordinates Performance Improvement Activities for Designated Departments and Teams.  
• Establishes and maintains liaisons within the system, hospital, physician offices, multicenter sites, industry and governmental agencies. 
• Communicates information appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Actively Participate in Interdepartmental Performance Improvement Activities. ​

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Five years of related experience
• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
• Experience with improvement tools, data analysis, and interpretation and use of data to guide decision making.
• Ability to work well with a variety of groups, individuals and disciplines in order to facilitate process improvement.
• Innovative, creative thinker and strong communication skills.
