Job Summary
The Belonging & Engagement Specialist supports strategies and initiatives across all areas of our business. This individual partners with key stakeholders (business, human resources) to drive execution of the Belonging strategic plan. The Specialist provides hyper-focused and detail-oriented support to the Belonging team including project management, action plan development, event and training coordination, community partnerships and more. In addition, the Specialist provides project management support and uses tools/processes for defining project objectives, key stakeholders, timeline and major milestones and tasks, as well as prioritization of project in relation to others. The Specialist also supports Belonging programs through reporting and analytics, system management, action plan development, material preparations, and identified follow up activities following review meetings.Job Description

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
