Who We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the Fall 2026 term.

Internship Details:
• Program runs from mid-May to early August
• Based at our West Des Moines office (7700 Mills Civic Parkway)
• Interviews and hiring decisions will be completed by mid-November (some as early as late September)

Accountabilities:

• Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities

• Assist in implementing STP solutions using APIs, scripts, and integration tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Qualifications and Experience:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and databases

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for process improvement
