Position Overview
Apollo is seeking a Director to join the Credit Strategy & Management team to own and drive the highest-priority cross-platform initiatives across our $700+ billion Credit platform. The team partners directly with senior leadership to evaluate, structure, and execute workstreams spanning product and platform strategy, capital strategy, growth, enterprise planning, and platform execution.
The Role
This role sits at the center of decision-making for Apollo’s Credit platform and will support the Credit COO and Head of Credit Management. The Director will independently lead a rotating set of high-impact initiatives—translating leadership priorities into a clear fact base, actionable recommendations, and end-to-end execution. The mandate spans both recurring strategic planning / operating cadence and time-sensitive ad hoc work, requiring strong quantitative and analytical horsepower, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to drive outcomes across teams with minimal oversight.

Pay Range
$200,000 - $250,000Apollo Global Management, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates) is committed to championing opportunity.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.
