Overview

 The Inroads to Investing program offers participants 1-on-1 mentorship and fireside chats with investment professionals as they prepare for their investment banking analyst roles. Through direct engagement and practical insights, the program provides meaningful exposure to the industry and guidance ahead of starting in banking. This is an educational program and participation does not guarantee an offer of future employment.

Qualifications

• Current college senior (Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation)

• Accepted full-time role in investment banking
