Document Services Specialist – Second Shift

Join our high-performing America’s PA and Document Services Team, a 24/7 operation that supports attorneys, paralegals, and business professionals across the firm. As a Document Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in producing, editing, and troubleshooting complex legal documents while also providing essential administrative and office support. This second shift position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise in legal software and document production will have a direct impact on the firm’s success.

Education & Experience
This position is posted in multiple locations, and the exact pay rate will be determined by candidate location. In Denver, CO the annualized salary range for this position is $55,000 to $64,000 and in Washington, D.C., the annualized salary range for this position is $68,000 to $88,500 and in New York, the annualized salary range for this position is $72,700 to $91,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full-time employees as well as some part-time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
