$94,058.00 - $124,280.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:FT positions available, primarily days, 8, 10, 12 hour shifts, holidays, weekends and on call responsibilities per unit policy. Great opportunity to assist with building a new unit! Provide clinical nursing leadership and direct patient care on an adult inpatient psychiatric unit serving patients with acute psychiatric symptoms. Opportunity to engage in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives. Model collaborative teamwork to meet unit goals and patient needs. Coordinate staff assignments, participate in nursing staff performance evaluations, and support continuing education and competency development. Qualifications: Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute psychiatric setting or Leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree required.
