Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross; Current employees must obtain by January 1, 2025.
Valid Florida driver's license
Activity Director Certification eligible/completed.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Minimum two years’ experience in a social or recreational program providing and coordinating services to a frail or elderly population within the past 5 years.
Skilled in arts and crafts.
Perform time management and organizational skills.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times with others.
Excellent communication; via phone, in person and email.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Must be flexible to work in other locations if needed.
This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
