$92,061.00 - $119,704.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:FT position available, primarily days
Exciting leadership opportunity to collaborate with the Nurse Manager for the management and clinical oversight of busy Dermatology Practice at multiple locations. Responsibilities include oversight of daily clinic activities, staff scheduling, assisting in facilitation of care to patients, as well as providing clinical care. Integral to the role will be the ability to organize the work environment, establish and monitor standards of practice, ability to interpret policy and model customer service excellence. Will work together with onsite manager to resolve issues and achieve departmental goal of improving throughput and increased access for patients. Must be motivated, creative and have excellent communication skills. Requires NYS license, Requires a Bachelor’s degree. Ambulatory Care experience preferred; three years nursing experience required.
