Required qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field, or combination of experience and education required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a social or recreational program providing and coordinating services to a frail or elderly population within the past 5 years.
• Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) or Activity Director Certification required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Valid Florida Drivers’ License with good record
-Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross; Current employees must obtain by January 1, 2025.
-Certification of completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.

• Clear level 2 background check
