The Application Analyst I provides excellent customer service by assisting with implementing solutions, maintaining and supporting the assigned applications. Application Analysts study the organization’s current information systems and procedures and design information systems solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Application Analysts bring business and information technology (IT) together by understanding the needs and limitations of both. Application Analysts work to build, perform build validation and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and provide input for configuration for clinical information systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

License /Certification
Preferred: One ISS management approved certification/equivalent training in area of scope/support within one year of hire/transfer. Must keep required certification/equivalent training up-to-date (or within three years of original certification/training).


Education
Required: High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Associate's degree or higher


Experience
Required: Two years experience as a subject matter expert or equivalent utilizing Clinical/Hospital applications or Human Resource/Financial applications. Equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience may be substituted.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Exposure to an ERP, HRIS, or similar business system or a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).

• Ability to quickly learn system concepts, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clearly.

• Strong attention to detail; comfortable with spreadsheets, data validation, and process documentation.

• Basic understanding of data logic and how software applications support business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Workday (security, reporting, or business processes).

• Coursework, certification, or experience related to HR, IT, or business systems.

• Familiarity with integrations or data tools (e.g., Workday EIB, Studio, Extend, Orchestrate) is a plus.

Location

• Hybrid: 3 days on‑site / 2 days remote each week.

• This position is based in Visalia, CA; specific on‑site days set with your manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer core Workday security, reporting, and functional configuration.

• Maintain business processes, system setups, and data accuracy across modules.

• Provide user support and resolve functional issues.

• Assist with testing, documentation, and semiannual release updates.

• Partner with business teams to deliver practical improvements and promote operational best practices.


Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$24.31 -$36.46
