Position Summary: 
Schedule assigned motor family and ensure that production schedules are being created to meet customer requirements while collaborating with material requirement planning for manufacturing and driving RK and PK metrics. 

Major Responsibilities:
1)    Preparing and conducting contract. Implement supply strategies to ensure the cost-effective supplying of materials. 
2)    Lead supplier evaluation regularly on the basis of cross functional team, Review and monitor supplier capacity to be sure supply delivery meet production demand on time. 
3)    Coordinate different commodity within SCM and participate in new/DtC project as interface to realize material cost productivity during project realization.  
4)    Supplier management for continuously performance improvement, control supply risk and meet company supply chain sustainability requirement.  
5)    Release orders according to the company's production master plan and monitor supplier implementation progress, and coordinate with different functional departments to meet delivery requirements.

Job requirement:
1)    Bachelor degree, more than 2 years working experience in material planning、procurement and purchasing 
2)    Methodology and practices for managing key performance indicators in Procurement functions
3)    Experience in casting, steel plate, and machining management is a plus.
4)    Strong communication skill and well understanding for supply chain end to end 
5)    Deep knowledge to build supplier relationship
6)    Strong compliance awareness
7)    Clear logic and problem-solving skills
8)    Fluency in spoken English is a plus

In this business area, our focus is the market of single phase motors for durable consumer goods, such as washing machines, air conditioners, water pumps, among others.

Paints and Varnishes
In this area, which includes liquid paints, powder paints, and electro-insulating varnishes, we have a very clear focus on industrial applications in Brazil and are expanding to Latin America and other regions.
