Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive team performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house service, bar operations, and kitchen coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across all departments, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and shift execution to optimize labor efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure consistency in food quality, timing, and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive traffic and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service environment.
- Proven ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management and cost controls.
- Experience with POS systems (e.g., MICROS, Toast, Square, OpenTable, TouchBistro).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Not Required but a Big Plus
- ServSafe certification, Certified Food Manager (CFM), or similar
- Experience managing bar programs or alcohol service operations
- Bilingual (especially Spanish)
