Job Description:
This position supports the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform by developing and maintaining the foundational data structures that enable reliable reporting and analytics across the commercial organization. The role is responsible for building and managing recipes, dataflows, datasets, and related platform components that support data integration, transformation, and delivery within the Einstein environment. This position works closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure source data is structured appropriately, platform processes run on schedule, and analytic assets are scalable, accurate, and aligned with evolving business requirements. By managing the underlying platform framework, this role helps ensure reporting solutions are built on a stable and trusted data foundation
The Sales Effectiveness & Intelligence team supports global sales performance by developing and maintaining the analytics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure used by the commercial organization. This position supports the Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) environment by building dashboards, validating data accuracy, and maintaining reporting assets used by global sales leadership.
This role performs recurring data validation, dashboard maintenance, and reporting enhancements that ensure global sales reporting remains accurate, available, and aligned with leadership review cadences. The position also supports the development of new reporting capabilities by translating business questions into dashboards and KPI tracking within CRM Analytics and Power BI.
This position works closely across the commercial organization, including Sales, Marketing, Strategy, CRM, and Business Analytics teams, ensuring reporting solutions reflect evolving priorities and business needs. By managing core reporting development and data quality processes, this role enables the timely delivery of global sales reporting while allowing senior team members to focus on complex development and strategic analytics initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,000/year to $133,500/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
