Job Summary
This Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process. This role will play a crucial role in candidate having a positive experience.Job Description
Responsibilities
Monitor background checks, reference checks, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow up correspondence.
Coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow up correspondence. Ensure timely completion of new employee paperwork.
Maintain information in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and other Human Resource Information Systems.
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Facilitate and improve team performance and efficiencies by tracking and monitoring recruiting activities to provide metrics and insights to our business partners.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment team to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
Ensure compliance in the selection process and apply knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines.
Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of full, life-cycle recruiting support experience at a corporate level.
Experience interacting with internal partners and candidate preferred.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Office
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$21.75 - $31.50 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
