This Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process. This role will play a crucial role in candidate having a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor background checks, reference checks, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow up correspondence.

• Coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow up correspondence. Ensure timely completion of new employee paperwork.

• Maintain information in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and other Human Resource Information Systems.

• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

• Facilitate and improve team performance and efficiencies by tracking and monitoring recruiting activities to provide metrics and insights to our business partners.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment team to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

• Ensure compliance in the selection process and apply knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines.

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of full, life-cycle recruiting support experience at a corporate level.

• Experience interacting with internal partners and candidate preferred.

• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Office

• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

• Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$21.75 - $31.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
