Compensation Range:

$35.35 - $45.96

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

40 Hours | No weekends, no holidays 

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our pediatric neurology team in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on providing education, support, and care coordination for children with a variety of neurological conditions including headache, ADHD, epilepsy, and movement disorders. The RN will play a key role in helping patients and their families understand treatment plans, medications, and symptom management, offering guidance and reassurance throughout their care journey.   They will maintain ongoing communication through phone calls and MyChart messages to address concerns and reinforce care plans.   This role also offers the opportunity to work directly with patients in clinic, assist with neurologic procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.  The RN will also actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
