This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US
$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-complete
Pay $21.50
Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Education:
Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Work Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing/operator experience required.
Experience in 5S principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to read, write and understand the English language for reading documents, product labels and instructions. Must have good written skills for accurately completing compliance documentation for production runs.
Must possess basic mathematical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others and work in a team-based environment.
Ability to use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions.
Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
Ability to work overtime when needed
