$96,498.00 - $135,094.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:FT position available
Exciting opportunity in Ambulatory OMFS area for a nurse manager who has refined management and organizational skills. Must be customer oriented and have a proven record of working with staff to achieve desired outcomes. The OMFS practice is a fast paced and growing environment that provides quality patient and family centered care for patients with a variety of needs including adult and pediatric patients. Will work collaboratively with the OMFS Department Chair and department administrator to organize systems and structure that will facilitate patient care. Responsibilities include staffing, problem solving, establishing standards of practice, assuring adherence to regulatory requirements, interpretation of policy, and modeling of customer service skills. Will have a patient care component working within the practice for moderate/deep IV sedation and non-sedation procedures as needed such as tooth extractions, implants, biopsies and have oversight responsibility for clinical staff providing this clinical service. Position requires some oversight of Hospital Dentistry service and clinical staff who support dentistry providers. Candidates must be motivated, creative and have excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree required with Master’s Degree preferred and required within 5 years. Must have an active NYS RN license. ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire.
