$122,044.00 - $183,065.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Leads the strategic planning, development, and optimization of campus space across the University’s academic, research, and medical facilities. Plays a key role in overseeing space management processes, tracking space data and utilization, and ensuring effective space allocation to meet the evolving needs of the University of Rochester. Collaborates with academic, administrative, medical, and research departments to provide expert guidance on space usage and help maintain a data-driven approach to space optimization. This individual will be part of the Real Estate, Portfolio Management, and Planning team and will work closely with senior leadership to align space strategy with the university's long-term goals.Essential Functions:
