$96,498.00 - $135,094.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on the use of technology in day-to-day operations. Will work with a variety of team members across multiple clinic sites. The NM is responsible for the direct management of the clinical team including nurses, Sleep Technologists, and Respiratory Therapists. The Nurse Manager will serve as a member of the Sleep Medicine leadership team and direct all aspects of patient care while working collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team as we provide ever-better patient care in our outpatient clinic through home sleep testing set-ups, in-lab sleep testing, management of patient sleep devices, and provide an array of sleep therapies.
Previous leadership experience preferred but not required. Requires NYS license and a bachelor’s degree in nursing, master’s degree required within 5 years of date of hire.
